EFSS Ltd are a bespoke care/support agency, offering diverse and tailored solutions to the social care sector.
We are well aware of the pressures facing the children/youth of today and it is our passion to help our clients grow and fulfil their potential. We strive to impact hard to reach and disadvantaged vulnerable families; supporting our clients to become the people they are destined to be, and the best version of themselves, regardless of what that entails.
EFSS Ltd will encourage clients to regain/realise/learn the strengths, skills and mentality required to navigate through life and break the cycles of self-fulling prophecy, especially for those marginalised by parts of society.
We are not a standard social care agency as we have a unique business model which can blend the expertise of statutory social care requirements with bespoke individual/family support.
Both company Directors come with differing experience within the social care sector. One partner is an Advanced Social Work Practitioner with over 7 years statutory experience and the other is an experienced Support Worker/Mentor who has worked with VERU and other projects.
In addition to our vocational qualifications and experience; we are both parents and have first hand experience in navigating the challenges of parenthood. We have an innate passion to improve the lives and futures of all our clients and don’t mind going the extra mile to ensure we achieve it.
EFSS Ltd focus on each client holistically, we are able to recommend beneficial strategies/intervention which supports to further the development of our clients.
It is our ambition to recreate our business model nationwide, providing quality, effective & targeted supported.
EFSS Ltd does not offer a one fits all package, as all children and their families are unique. They have their own strengths and challenges, which we utilise as the basis for our intervention.
Whether this be 1to1 support or support for the family holistically as a whole. Through thorough assessment and consideration of the needs of the individual/family we are able to tailor the support/intervention required to initiate positive change.
We are focused on facilitating educational achievement/participation and often spend time in classrooms or supporting clients to attend school,
apprenticeships or seek employment.
Another pivotal area is physical activities especially in the sports arena which aside from the known health benefits also supports with social integration, confidence, belonging and helps build resilience. We have supported involvement in the areas of gym, football, boxing and kickboxing.
Every child has special talents which we aim to nurture, whether it be through acting or music (performing & music production) as an example. A fun fact is that one of our Directors is an established DJ, and has already supported clients with music production.
Since Eddie at EFSS Ltd has started mentoring my son, I have seen a dramatic change in his behaviour and morals.
Eddie immediately established a trust with my son and became that go to person for my son to talk to, learn from and lookup to. Eddie is consistent, empathetic and engaging. He's always got a listening ear from myself or my child and is good at communicating my concerns to my son in a way that motivates my son in a positive way.
Eddie has been really flexible around my sons additional needs and plans and takes my son out to access activities he wouldn't normally be able to do. My son has achieved so much thanks to Eddie!

Eddie is a sound and cool guy that is reliable. I enjoy talking to Eddie about interesting topics and also to talk through my problems. Eddie takes me on trips out for golf, clip and climb, hair cuts, food and comes over to play games which I enjoy.
